Aniruddha Rajput

Dr Aniruddha Rajput was the Chairperson of the Drafting Committee at the 69th Session of the ILC. His areas of expertise include dispute resolution, boundary disputes, law of the sea, international investment law and international trade law. He is a Consultant in Public International Law and International Arbitration at Withers LLP in London and was previously a Visiting Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law. He is a member of the Governing Council of the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA).
