John Hutchinson

Visiting Fellow in the LSE IDEAS UNIT at the London School of Economics

Among his publications are The Dynamics of Cultural Nationalism (1987), Modern Nationalism (1994), Nations as Zones of Conflict (2005) and Nationalism and War (2017). He is co-editor-in-chief of the journal, Nations and Nationalism. He is currently writing a monograph, entitled 'The Herderian Explosion'.
